Tyre filling

It consists of injecting two liquid polyurethanes (CAT and ISO) through the tyre's valve hole, replacing the air. When the two components meet, a chemical reaction takes place and, after 24 to 48 hours of curing, the tyre is completely puncture-proof.

Invented in 1971, this technology has established itself over the last 40 years as the best solution and protection against punctures. Backed by our excellent service record, we supply the market-leading product for tyre filling.

WHAT DOES THE FILLING PROCESS INVOLVE?

BENEFITS OF TYRE FILLING

* Prevents unexpected punctures and blowouts

* Maximises tyre life

* Eliminates machine downtime

* Increased productivity

* Greater vehicle stability

* Lowers the vehicle's centre of gravity

* Increases operator safety

* Keeps the tyre's internal pressure constant

* Reduces machine vibration, making mechanical components last longer

* Ride comfort just like a normal tyre

* Works in extreme temperatures

In short, your machine will always be up and running, without ever compromising operator safety.
